Terms and Conditions of Hire

The lodge is available for hire for fishery customers only.
All prices are in pounds sterling per night and include VAT.
The hire fee is for rental of the lodge and private pool only. Any additional fishing is subject to availabilty and the discrection of the fishery manager.
Absolutely NO bivvies are to be erected around the private pool.
Coarse Fishermen - Lodge guests may fish in any of the day ticket swims, Lodge guests must not fish on any of the syndicate banks.
The Coarse Fishing included is from 3pm on the day of your arrival until 3pm on the day of your departure (please note you may only fish up to 10am in the private pool on the day of your departure). Any additional coarse fishing must be paid for in advance via the self service booth at Lake No. 3
The Trout Fishing is not included in the price. Trout Fishing Tickets must be purchased on site from the self service prior to fishing.

The lodge must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
The lodge will be made available by 3pm on the day of arrival.
Absolutely No Smoking is allowed in the Lodge.
Linen hire and electricity are included in the price. Fuel for wood burner - During the winter months we supply a good quantity of kindling and wood/coal for the wood burner. We are unable to supply any more during your stay, however, further fuel can be purchased by yourself locally.
Provisional bookings will be held for 10 Days only.
The maximum number of guests allowed in the lodge is 4 people.
Strictly No Pets allowed.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents and must be supervised at all times.
The lodge is to be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Any breakages or damage must be paid for.
If, for reasons beyond our control, the fishing lodge should become unavailable during the duration of your stay, alternative accommodation and fishing may be offered in one of our other lakeside lodges OR a full refund will be offered. Should such circumstances arise you will be notified as soon as possible.
Please bear in mind that the lodge is situated on a working trout and coarse fishery.
Watermark Fisheries reserves the right to refuse any booking.
On your arrival you will be provided with an arrival pack, we expect all guests to abide by any fishing rules and instructions within this pack.
