how to book

All bookings are to be done via email*. You are of course welcome to telephone to discuss any booking, but provisional bookings, booking confirmation and all correspondace will be done via email.

Firstly, contact us via email or or telephone to check the dates you would like are available, We have the currently available dates here. Then provisionally book the dates with us. We will advise you via email when your provisional booking has been accepted.

You will then be sent a booking form as a pdf document. Alternatively, you can download one here. We would require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, the balance would be due 28 days before the start of your holiday. Please return the booking form with the deposit within 10 days as provisional bookings will only be held for 10 days. Bookings will only be accepted with a completed booking form and 50% deposit. Please note, once we receive your provisional booking, the dates you have reserved will be indicated on the website as "Booked".

Payment Methods

We accept cash/cheques. Cheques MUST be made payable to "Watercraft Managment Ltd". Cash is sent at senders risk. Please note we are unable to accept credit card/debit card payments. Once we have received your deposit and booking form, you will be sent an email with your booking confirmation, when we receive the remaining balance you will be sent arrival and booking in details etc via a word document on email.

*The rental of the fishing lodge is entirely internet based - to proceed with a booking you must have a working email address.
