The Living Room

The centre piece of this room is the traditional cast iron wood burner and hearth. The wood burner heats the room up quickly on those frosty winter days, or even chilly summer evenings. The Living room is very spacious, there is plenty of seating with 3 large sofas and a desk, which is great for tying your flies or preparing rigs!! There is also a Television* / dvd player and CD radio stereo.

*Please note, we have no TV reception in the lodge, but a good selection of DVD's are availaible.

The Dining Area Leading

Off from the Living Room is the large dining room, with the rustic dining table. Here we have the other double bed. To one side of the Dining Room are the double doors which open out onto the deck, overlooking the lakes. On the deck are tables and chairs and a gas bbq. The view from the deck is spectacular and ideal for summer barbeques.

Kitchen

The fully equiped Kichen also leads off from the living room, you will find everything you need - fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, electric hob and oven.

Bedroom & Bathroom

Along a short corridor from the living room are the bedroom and bathroom The Bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space within the built in wardrobe. All beds will be made up before your arrival and towels are also provided. Bathroom with bath, wc and hand basin.

Parking

There is ample parking in front of the lodge in the fishery carpark. Security We have a CCTV camera overlooking the fishery, which has a live 24 hour feed through to the main Watermark Security office.
